Great location close to attractions, like the hanayashiki amusement park 🎡. They offer a buffet breakfast at reasonable prices. the rooms are cozy and perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring.

The breakfast was a plus with a variety of pastry bread and Japanese breakfast. the hotel's amenities were also a great touch and it's location was easily accessible.
The pillows were uncomfortable and had boba balls inside which was strange.

The hotel had an excellent location, being very close to Ueno station. It made it effortless for me to go wherever I wanted around this city. Besides, the breakfast included was fantastic, offering a variety of bread, Japanese food, and coffee. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff was welcoming and very accommodating. In addition, the hotel was always spotlessly clean.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. They provided a complimentary breakfast with a variety of pastries and Japanese breakfast options. the front desk had amenities available, such as toothbrushes and hair combs, which was a nice touch.
The water was not functioning properly on the second night, and we were unable to use the shower. We had to go to a public bathhouse nearby, which was inconvenient.
